Mariah Carey’s first of 2 planned remix album gets a name! It’s called “Angels Advocate” and will feature collaborations from Mary J. Blige, Nicki Minaj, Ne-Yo, Big Boi, R. Kelly, Trey Songz, T-Pain, Jodeci, Gucci Mane and Jermaine Dupri that would bring new life to the tracks on Memoirs of An Imperfect Angel.

The remix album will be released on Febuary 23th and the lead singles from this release are ‘Up Out My Face (feat Nicki Minaj)’ and ‘Angels Cry (feat Ne-Yo)’.. The video for both videos have already been shot.

We’ll see if she will score big this time around. Some how i think the whole "Angel" word in the titles are overkill…

Something a lil for ya, these are the 2 lead tracks which are getting the remix treatment… I will post the remix ones when it gets released.

“Angels Advocate”?? That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard… She’s totally clueless.

I had to double take coz i kept reading it as Devil’s Advocate… which made me get it after a third take. I kinda like the album… alot actually. Dont understand why people are being total sods to it. Jump Smokers really heated the damn angel up too… its hot

NoAngel, I feel the same way, clueless. Why doesn’t she wake up and look at the market? The ‘emotions’ days are wayyy over. The only song I spin of hers is the remix of Touch my body, and that’s had some serious overhauling to make it play-worthy (courtesy of Fatman Scoop). Even ‘Obsessed’ is only a early night or closing track. Stupid thing is, I’d like her to make some good tracks… and while we’re at it, kick J-Lo too, what is she thinking recently?
