Lady Gaga On Homosexuality

There has been word going around about Lady Gaga’s gay related video Telephone, in which she and Beyonce
are lesbian partners. She talks about her point of view.

Lady Gaga says being gay is not a choice.

The 23-year-old singer, who has previously discussed her own bisexuality at length, believes homosexual men and women are “born” that way. Gaga - who claims her new video ‘Telephone’ is “groundbreaking” because she showcases lots of different types of sexuality in the nine-minute promo - said: “There are transsexual women and transgender women and suddenly it becomes poisonous and something else because there are some people in this world that believe being gay is a choice. It’s not a choice, we’re born this way.

“That’s why for me this video is groundbreaking because it has one foot in the art community and one foot in the commercial world.” The ‘Paparazzi’ singer stars in the video with Beyonce Knowles - who also lends her vocals to the track - and prior to recording Gaga promised Beyonce it would be a classic.

She added in an interview 2Day FM’s Kyle and Jackie O radio show: “I told Beyonce this after it aired, you’ll see this video is not just great now but six months from now what this video will mean.

“Hearing people say the video is sadomasochistic or that the video promotes murder for young people, it’s my personal belief that the video is getting so much attention, not because of those themes because I’ve done those themes before, haven’t I?

“I’ve done those themes in many of my videos but it’s because it’s with Beyonce and it’s because there are so many homosexual themes.” In the video Gaga kisses a female prison warden, is broken out of jail by Beyonce, kills someone and makes a poisoned sandwich for a group of truckers.
In the past the eccentric pop star has admitted she could easily fall in love with a woman.
She said: “Of course. There are no rules or limits when it comes to love. But I see love as separate from sex.”

A clearly exhausted Lady GaGa did most of her most dancey song sitting down on the floor! The biggest star at the moment is probably overworking herself for her current tour. Watch the video and you can see her trying her best to get though the song. Hope she gets the rest she deserves!

Jennifer Lopez

With the boot from Sony Music, things are in a whirlwind for mother of 2, Jennifer Lopez. A new deal with Def Jam is being finalized and she’s doing some changes with her upcoming summer album. She might even change the album title itself. But we’ll see the outcome. While she’s busy tweaking her album, a new Stargate produced track titled “Story Of My Life” leaked.

I’ve read reviews of this leaked track and they are all on the negative side. But i’m giving Jenny the benefit of the doubt. The track is probably going to be a filler track. And i think it’s one pretty good filler. The thing bout Jennifer is, that i always like her filler tracks. And there is no exception for this track! Totally feeling it! And loving the beats of the song.

But the lil problem with this track is, the bridge reminds me of Leona Lewis‘ Bleeding Love.
“keep walking, i keep walking, keep walking“; sounds like “keep bleeding, i keep bleeding…“.
But come to think of it, the beats are almost similar too! You be the judge…
