Louboutins is Jennifer Lopez‘ lead single from her upcoming album, tentatively named “Love?“. The song tanked on the charts and didn’t make much impact anywhere. But did u know that this The-Dream & Tricky track was previously offered to Brandy?
Tricky Steward:
“We originally wrote the song for Brandy and when Brandy’s situation kinda fell apart over at [Epic Records], there was an opportunity for us to place the record on J.Lo’s album”.
But Jennifer Lopez also faced the same fate. LOL!

Brandy’s version rocks! Her vocals are awesome. No one does that deep soulful voice thing like her. This girl needs to put out more albums and songs like this would help. She always ends up singing sappy/cheesy love ballads but she really shines in dance/r&b songs like this and Full Moon. Miss you Brandy!

its not about the voice here, i think the song is meant 2 be j-lo song , i love brandy but thats not her style of songs, tho i feel bad this song didnt make it in the chart for j lo but lets hop that she remix and add new songs 2 her LOVE?
I love Brandy, and I love J.Lo.
The song sucks. Period. The lyrics are abysmal. The beat is bland. The song is so bad that neither of these great artists could do anything with it.
