Track Review: Janet Jackson – Nothing

Janet Jackson is back with this a track, “Nothing” for her upcoming movie “Why Did I Get Married Too?“. This Jermaine Dupri and Bryan-Michael Cox co-produced track serves at the lead single for the soundtrack.
I have nothing much to say bout Nothing but it does remind me of one of her old tracks. I can’t pin point the name but it does sound very familiar. Maybe “Again“? But all i can say that, this track does bring back the old janet style that we all love.
Despite a few bright spots here and there, I don’t really want to listen to another track because there have been so many disappointments in the last 10 years. ah well..

Finally, she’s coming out with something beautiful. Its so janet. era (1993-1994). I would love to see her do this live, in any tv talk shows… I Love Janet!
I’ve always loved Janet. I usually want the fast stuff from her, but as time goes on, I’m enjoying the mid-temp and slow songs more. This is one of her best to come in a long time, and the timing couldn’t be more perfect.
I was aware about this previously, but nonetheless there have been some helpful bits which finalized the picture to me, thank you so much!
This might not be a power-ballad, but the lyrics are so powerful! Unfortunately, she only performed this one live at the American idol final recently. I wished she had done this some more.
