Alphabeat- The Spell (Album Cover)

I’m really addicted to Alphabeat lately. Their sound is mainly retro 80’s melodic pop, with distinctive overlay of male and female harmonies. It’s Euro-pop meets new wave.

As the supporting act for Lady Gaga on her UK leg of The Monster Ball Tour in February and March 2010, I’m sure they’ll be big in no time. Even Lady Gaga herself has expressed love for them. Here’s a mash-up of “Telephone” and “Bad Romance” which they’ve covered themselves. It’s a different take on both songs, definitely a euro-pop sound. Not as epic as the original, but it’s great. Enjoy!!!

i can’t seem to get the file to play in itunes

I’m having the same problem, the file downloads but doesn’t open in iTunes.
