Christina and Cher on set of 'Burlesque'

Pop Princess Christina Aguilera and legendary icon Cher were paparazzi-ed on the set of the new film “Burlesque“.

In the movie, Christina Aguilera plays a small-town girl with a big voice who then goes to the big Los Angeles city to follow her dreams. She then ends up working as a cocktail waitress in an ailing burlesque club that Cher’s character owns and headlines in. And then the story goes bla bla bla. Just because we will know how it will ends. Veronica Mars’ Kristine Bell, Grey Anatomy’s Eric Dane and Never Back Down’s Cam Gigandet also stars in the movie.

Sounds like a typical same old story! But we’ll see how will this turn out.

Other than the movie, the soundtrack for the movie will be very interesting too! Not only we will see an onscreen acting between Cher and Chritina, we will get track collaborations too! How epic is that! Tricky Steward will produce the movie’s score. And we will also see productions from Danja!

This will be Christina Aguilera’s on screen debut and the movie is set to be released in September. Shooting will end in time for her to focus on the release of her upcoming album, Bionic. The lead single from this album will be released by next month! We seriously can’t wait!
