I too think it should be a single. The only reason I think it won't be is because it's too similar to "Bad Romance" (accept less aggressive, more of a disco song, and it is slower tempoed). But, if she wants to promote her album, there's no better song to do than this. So, I respect her decision to use it as a promotinal single. Plus, I can just tell this will do great on digital sells!
