Cheryl Cole has been called UK’s Sweetheart and she’s gearing up to release her debut solo single and her long-awaited album! For those who don’t know, Cheryl Cole is from UK’s Girls Aloud whose fame grew by at least 10 times when she became a judge of UK’s X-Factor last year. Other judges include Simon Cowell and Danni Minogue. It’s not hard to like her – she’s gorgeous and has the very likable personality. I really enjoyed watching X-factor especially after she joined. She’s also the mentor for X-factor winner, Alexandra Burke.

The Girls Aloud singer will release Three Words – her first album as a solo artist – on October 26.

An email sent to members of Girls Aloud’s fan club reads:

“Cheryl has written the majority of the album herself and has been working with will.i.am, whom she previously left ‘Heartbroken’, as well as Syence (Beyoncé), Fraser T Smith (James Morrison) and Soulshock and Karlin (Kelly Rowland).”

Other than that Cheryl Cole has just landed a £2.1 million TV deal. £1.1million from X-factor and an extra £1million a year to host other prime time shows on ITV1.

So enough about her! Let’s talk about her debut solo single. I find it not bad. It’s a fast paced song with the “fight fight fight” hook. The hook reminds me of Rihanna’s We Ride, where she sings… “We ride and we ride we ride“. Try playing these songs back to back and see what i mean! With X-factor backing her up, i think this track will hit at least the top 3 in the UK!
