Single Review: Eva Simons – Silly Boy
Yes, this is the track that made everyone misuderstood that it’s a Lady Gaga and Rihanna duet. Since the LQ demo floated around on Youtube in May, it has garnered tons of attention speculating that whether it’s real or not. Well, it ain’t real. But the hype of this song spreads with the help of Lady Gaga and Rihanna fans. (Which makes good publicity as both camp has tons of fans)
Anyway, the singer for this track is Eva Simons, a Dutch Pop singer. This track is also the debut single from her debut album of the same name too. An album titled “Silly Boy”, hmmm…weird. As for the song, it’s just ok. Maybe it’ll grow on me.
She looks like a drag queen to me in the video. Not a good first impression, but that’s just my own opinion. =) Enjoy!!!

aww, I LOVE this song. Yes, it is very Lady Gaga-ish, but at least she holds her own. While I enjoy Cascada’s latest rip on Gaga’s style, ‘Evacuate’ lacks a certain something. ‘Silly Boy’ holds its own…I’ll just be interested to see if she can live up to anything more after this hot track.
and lmao on the drag queen comment…what is it with pop stars these days going that route? Britney better not get any ideas!
