“Nobody” was released on the US iTunes on June 26th 2009 and will serve as the debut single there.

Finally we have the official english version to the song. Ever since it’s release last September (2008), this song has taken over the world. Especially the dance. No doubt the tune is catchy. The song continues the retro theme of Wonder Girls songs, including the 80s feel of “Tell Me” and “So Hot“. However, “Nobody” is inspired by older music from the 1960s and 1970s, specifically Motown girl groups.

The influence is as seen in the music video itself. At least for those who couldn’t sing the lyrics in korean is able to fully enjoy it in english. =)
