news: Britney’s Tickets Reduce from £100 to £2
Oh no, Britney’s “Circus” tickets aren’t doing well apparently.
The mystery as to why, is still unknown.
(IMO, There are times, when we live in denial, pun not intended)
According to Yahoo UK :
Last week promoters scrambled to shift unsold £100 tickets for Spears’ weekend Circus gigs to ensure there were no empty seats in the capital’s massive venue.
And at the last minute they were left with no choice but to let the tickets go with a bargain price tag of just £2.
An industry source tells The Sun, “The shows on the weekend still had a number of unsold tickets by the end of last week. Organisers were mystified as to why, but really did not want a bare arena floor.
“It could send out a message that the star’s run in London hasn’t been a complete success. So on Thursday they contacted a website who specialise in getting rid of last-minute tickets.
“They all went, but taking a £98 hit on each sale wasn’t particularly pleasing for anyone concerned.”
When the demand is low, the supply is high
When the demand is low, the price is low
That very much explains the £100 to £2 tickets that underwent “devaluation”

I’ll spare you the inane thrashings of most Britney fans as they give the rest of us sane ones a bad name…but honestly…your source is the Sun? That’s honestly the UK’s equivalent to our National Enquirer and I hope everyone realizes by now what rubbish that ‘news’ publication is. Seriously, if we were to belive it’s publications then Jesus would have risen and dinosaurs would be walking around.
Britney’s tour is doing fine, heck, she’s played 6 nights at the O2 arena…you know how big that thing is?
Now…I wouldn’t mind a ticket price decrease for when she returns to the states since she broke me the first time around!
They must have made this up because as far as I know Britney has played several Circus tours at the O2 arena because of the demand.
